Industrial workshop with engineers assembling heavy machinery

Established industrial OEM

Built in Gujarat. Trusted on factory floors worldwide.

Nishan Winding Machine is a privately held manufacturer of industrial winding systems, with an export desk that treats logistics as part of engineering — not an afterthought.

Introduction

A winding specialist with a delivery promise

Since 1998 we have designed coil, transformer, and textile winding machines for plants that cannot afford improvisation. Our works in Vatva combine fabrication, electrical, and PLC teams under one roof, then hand the machine to a logistics cell that owns packing, freight, and commissioning calendars.

Customers stay because the same engineers who signed the FAT also answer the service line. That continuity is our brand.

Company story

From a single bench winder to a global crate line

Nishan began as a two-bay workshop building manual coil winders for local motor rewinders. Demand for repeatability pushed us into servo axes, closed-loop tension, and recipe-driven HMIs. Export orders followed — first into East Africa, then the Middle East, ASEAN, and Europe.

The turning point was treating shipping as a process: ISPM-15 crates, shock sensors, photo documentation, and a commissioning engineer booked before the machine leaves Vatva. That discipline is now standard on every order over 2 tonnes.

Mission

Make industrial winding predictable

We design machines, documentation, and spare logistics so production managers can plan output — not firefight tension, layering, or missing parts.

Vision

The default OEM for high-duty winding

To be the first name specified when a plant needs a winder that will still be supported in fifteen years, anywhere in the world.

Core values

What we refuse to compromise

Precision

Drawings, tension charts, and FAT protocols are signed before steel is cut.

Accountability

One project owner from order to SAT. No handed-off excuses.

Uptime

We design for maintainability and stock the parts that actually fail.

Long view

Machines are supported for a decade-plus. We keep drawings and firmware.

Why choose us

An OEM that still answers the phone

Integrated works

Fabrication, painting, electrical, and software sit in one campus — shorter loops, cleaner machines.

Export literacy

CE files, packing lists, and HS codes prepared by people who have cleared 40+ destinations.

People on the floor

Commissioning is done by Nishan engineers, not subcontracted “installers” who have never seen the HMI.
